STEP 1
One briefing
A 20-minute call with your partnership lead, then a 30-minute lunch-and-learn for your I&R staff if you'd like one. You receive a co-branded intake card, a one-page explainer and a named contact.
STEP 2
Add us to your directory
List LiveIn Helper in your resource database and share the intake card when a caller fits. Your tracked link does the attribution.
STEP 3
We take it from there
Our team contacts the family within three business days, vets both sides, makes the match and reports outcomes back to your agency.

You pick the option in your agreement. Either way, every referral is tracked in your portal from the day the family lists.

How a referral qualifies
The family arrived through your tracking link or intake card; a 90-day attribution window runs from the first click
Their listing is complete and the host's identity is verified
The home is in a LiveIn Helper service area, currently Phoenix, Denver, Atlanta, Seattle, Miami and Austin. Out-of-area families join our waitlist and we let you know the referral isn't yet eligible
The family was not already in our system before your referral
Payment terms
Fees are paid monthly by ACH or PayPal once your balance reaches $50
Fourteen days to flag any discrepancy after a payout notice
Earned fees are paid in full even if the partnership later ends; either side can end it with 30 days' notice
Founding partner rates apply to partners who join during our launch window. Your current schedule is always visible in your portal
