Our team contacts the family within three business days, handles vetting and matching, and keeps you informed. Watch every referral progress in your portal.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Paid on outcomes, not clicks
Two milestones, two payments. Both are visible in your portal from the day the family lists.

How a referral qualifies
The client arrived through your tracking link; a 90-day attribution window runs from the first click
Their listing is complete and the host's identity is verified
The home is in a LiveIn Helper service area, currently Phoenix, Denver, Atlanta, Seattle, Miami and Austin. Out-of-area clients join our waitlist and we let you know the referral isn't yet eligible
The client was not already in our system before your referral
Payment terms
Commissions are paid monthly by ACH or PayPal once your balance reaches $50
Fourteen days to flag any discrepancy after a payout notice
Earned commissions are paid in full even if you later leave the program; either side can end the agreement with 30 days' notice
Founding partner rates apply to partners who join during our launch window. Your current schedule is always visible in your portal
