Twenty minutes to confirm fit and set up your tracking link and portal. You leave with a welcome kit: a one-page explainer, a client FAQ and a ready-to-send email.

Refer when it fits
Add one question to your annual review. When a client or their parent needs daily help, forward our email or share your link.
STEP 3
We take it from there
Our team contacts the family within three business days, handles vetting and matching, and keeps you informed. Watch every referral progress in your portal.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Paid on outcomes, not clicks
Two milestones, two payments. Both are visible in your portal from the day the family lists.

How a referral qualifies
The family arrived through your tracking link; a 90-day attribution window runs from the first click
Their listing is complete and the host's identity is verified
The home is in a LiveIn Helper service area, currently Phoenix, Denver, Atlanta, Seattle, Miami and Austin. Out-of-area families join our waitlist and we let you know the referral isn't yet eligible
The family was not already in our system before your referral
Payment terms
Commissions are paid monthly by ACH or PayPal once your balance reaches $50
Fourteen days to flag any discrepancy after a payout notice
Earned commissions are paid in full even if you later leave the program; either side can end the agreement with 30 days' notice
Founding partner rates apply to partners who join during our launch window. Your current schedule is always visible in your portal
Firm or carrier rules on referral compensation?
Tell us. We'll structure a non-cash education partnership instead: client materials, a cost-of-care briefing for your book, and a named contact for your clients. The value to your practice stays; the fee doesn't have to.
